DS Sandwich Elements are the ideal facade solution for industrial, agricultural, institutional, office and residential buildings. The wide range of colours and structures provides many options for adding a distinctive profile to a building. DS Sandwich Elements are also maintenance-free.

DS Sandwich Elements are delivered as complete elements with a complete finish. The sandwich element consists of a load-bearing rear panel, an insulating component and a front panel with the finish. This is a rational solution that saves time at the construction site. DS Elcobyg DS Sandwich Elements are delivered complete with installation and maintenance instructions.

Size: All sizes, up to 4000 x 12000 mm
Concrete strengths: 25, 30, 35 and 40 MPa
Danish environmental classes: Passive, moderate and aggressive
Calculation: DS Sandwich Elements are included in the calculation as load-bearing or non load-bearing.

Finishes

Mould base/sides: Supplied as exposed aggregate surface, acid-washed or smooth (BO-22)
Upper side: Supplied as machine-burnished (BO-23), brushed, hand-burnished or rolled.
